SomoGear ships to many countries and regions. If your country is not available in the shipping list during checkout, please contact us and we will check whether a shipping solution is available for your location.

For customers in Italy, the UK, and Slovenia, we recommend buying from a local SomoGear dealer when available. Due to high import tariffs and local customs costs, purchasing from a local dealer may be the better option.

Order processing usually takes 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method:
– Express Shipping: usually 5–10 days to the United States, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, Australia, and similar destinations.
– Express Shipping: usually around 5–8 days to Japan.
– Standard Shipping: usually 5–12 days to France, Spain, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Czech Republic, Greece, Denmark, and similar European destinations.

Yes. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be charged by your local customs authority if they are not paid at checkout on our website. These fees are not controlled by SomoGear and are the customer’s responsibility. If a tariff is generated, please pay it according to your local customs requirements.

Once your order has shipped, the system will automatically send a shipping notification email with your tracking number. If the tracking number does not update immediately, please allow a few days for the carrier to pick up and scan the package.

Tracking information may take time to update after shipment. In many cases, the carrier needs time to pick up and scan the package. If the tracking number still does not work after a few days, please contact SomoGear support through the contact form and we will help check the shipment status.

International delivery may sometimes take longer than the estimated shipping time. Most delays are caused by customs processing, local carrier handling, holidays, weather, or other situations outside SomoGear’s control. If your package is taking too long to arrive, please contact SomoGear and we will help follow up.

No. PO Box and APO military base addresses are usually not deliverable for our shipping methods. Please provide a standard residential or business delivery address to avoid shipment failure.
