What are your shipping and processing times?
—Express Shipping: 3-7 days (to United States, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, Australia etc)
—Express Shipping: 7-8 days (to Japan)
—Standard Shipping: 7-15 days (to France, Spain, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Czech,  Greece, Denmark etc)
—Processing Times: usually take up 1-2 business days

Do I need to pay import duties?
Yes, If a tariff is generated you need to pay for it to local customs, Usually, we declared a half lower value than the true price to reduce tariffs

Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
If the tracking number doesn’t work, no worries, usually the express takes 3 days to pick it up,  contact us and we’ll solve it!
