We’ve already updated the range measurement/display to support continuous mode from 10th March 2026.
Operation is as follows:
Front button: single measurement
Rear button: continuous measurement
Please note that continuous measurement has higher power consumption, as it uses more battery during operation, battery drains faster than a one-time measurement.
Simply reverse the sidebar clamp so that the thicker edge faces upward. Once installed in the correct orientation, the mount will tighten securely — super quick and simple.
Q1: Why is my WMX200 loose on the rail?
A loose fit usually happens when the side bar is installed in the wrong direction. The thicker edge should always face upward.
Q2: How do I fix a WMX200 that won’t tighten?
Just remove the side bar, flip it around, and reinstall it with the thicker edge facing upward. This corrects the clamping force and makes the mount tighten properly.
Q3: What if the mount still doesn’t tighten after reversing the side bar?
If the issue remains after flipping the side bar, please contact our support team with photos or a short video. We will help troubleshoot or arrange a replacement if needed.
